Ratchet back adjusts 2-1/2 in height for optimal lumbar location. Multifunction control includes three levers to modify angle of back relative to the seat, control tilt and forward tilt for keyboard-intensive activities. Tilt is free floating or locking within a fixed range. T-shaped arms adjust in height and feature comfortable, impact-resistant, urethane armrests.
